Short bio

Education

I graduated from CentraleSupelec with a MSc. in Computer Science, majoring in machine learning. I also spent some time at the ESCP Europe Business School in London, in the Master in Management program for an exchange semester. After 3 years working as a data scientist in the industry, I am now finishing a PhD at Imperical College’s Personal Robotics Lab.

Work experience

I spent 3 years working as a data scientist at Wavestone, where I have had the chance to work on a wide range of ML-related topics:

  • Trustworthy AI: I was part of the AI4EU project of the European Commission. I interviewed scientists around Europe to identify what trustworthy AI should focus on. Our findings were shared in a report presented to the High-level Expert Group on AI, resulting in the publication of the Ethics Guidelines for a Trustworthy AI.
  • Anomaly detection via unsupervised learning: I built an anomaly detection model that improved the detection rate of a cybersecurity control covering 40 000 users, reducing false positives by 65%. The model was deployed in production using Apache Spark and Jenkins (terabyte scale).
  • Production deployment: I reworked and deployed multiple ML models in production, including optimisations, code quality, scaling concerns, and CICD. Tools included Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Adversarial Learning: I built an demo app for adversarial attack (EfficientNet vs LinfPGD & L2 Carlini-Wagner, deployed in Azure).
  • Continuous Learning: I designed continuous improvement processes for deployed models (drift detection, interpretability using SHAP and LIME, training & labelling policy…).
  • Cloud: I designed & implemented cloud architectures for data processing on AWS, Azure & GCP.

Teaching & lectures

I have also given a few classes & lectures:

Hobbys & extracurricular

Education - I was a Lumiere Mentor between 2023 and 2025, supervising high-school students for a 3-month research project. Before that, I was a tutor for two years at the “Cordées de la réussite”, volunteering to provide support to teenagers from underrepresented backgrounds to help them pursue higher education.

Representation - From 2021 to 2024, I was the postgraduate student head representative for the Electrical Engineering department.

Hobbies - When I’m not coding or reading, I like to play piano and guitar, and practice aikido.
